BotLine Verify Text Message Program

BotLine Verify is a text-messaging service operated by TOONS MEDIA INC (doing business as BotLine). BotLine Verify sends transactional text messages to truck drivers and carrier contacts to complete a one-time pickup or delivery verification for a specific freight load that a freight broker has arranged. Every message in this program identifies BotLine Verify as the sender. This page is the program’s opt-in disclosure and is publicly accessible without signing in.
Opt in to verification texts

How you opt in
The first time BotLine Verify needs to text your mobile number for a broker, you receive a single one-time consent request that identifies BotLine Verify, states the message frequency and that message and data rates may apply, and includes opt-out and help instructions, for example:
BotLine Verify: Reply YES to receive load verification texts. Msg freq varies, up to 3/shipment. Msg & data rates may apply. STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Terms: app.getbotline.com/messaging
You will not receive any verification text until you reply YES. Replying YES opts you in; your consent is stored and reused so you are not asked again on future shipments. Consent to receive these texts is not a condition of any purchase.
What the messages are
These are transactional, one-to-one messages tied to a specific freight load: a one-time consent confirmation, a secure verification link, and a one-time verification code or completion notice. BotLine Verify does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising text messages through this program.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies by how often you are dispatched. You will receive up to 3 messages per shipment (a one-time consent confirmation, the verification link, and a one-time code or completion notice).

Reply STOP to any message to opt out and stop all further messages; you will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help. You can also email [email protected] or contact the broker who requested your verification.
Privacy
