What we ask for, and why
To confirm a pickup, BotLine may ask for your location(to confirm you’re at the right place), a few photos (of the truck or load), and a short voice recording(a spoken phrase to confirm you’re present). We use this only to produce a verification result for the broker who requested it. It is contextual verification — it is not facial recognition or biometric identity checking. You can read the details in our Privacy Policy.
About the text messages
- BotLine sends transactional messages about a specific freight load only: a verification link and a one-time code.
- Message frequency: up to 2 messages per shipment (a verification link and a one-time code), plus no more than 1 additional non-load-related message per month.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
- Your mobile number and consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.
